Isoshealth aims at building a web platform which provides interactive online sessions with a team of leading healthcare professionals.
It helps to achieve your goals with THE POWER OF 3 - Dietician, Physiotherapist, Psychologist.
Working as a sole digital designer under the Creative Director helped me to enhance my ownership skills and gave me an opportunity to do the end-to-end design process.
My responsibilities in the project were:
We aimed to build an easy-to-use web interface that would allow:
The expectation was to get the product out in the market within 3-4 months, so we decided to go for lean approach that included rapid sketching, designing quick mockups, prototyping and incorporating user feedback.
We began the product discovery by understanding the user. A survey was carried out to understand questions related to the user's lifestyle, physical and mental health, emotional wellbeing, health goals, motivations, etc. A number of brainstorming sessions were carried out to understand aspects like:
A competitor analysis on some products helped us to understand:
After gathering insights from the previous phase, we assessed how best the features that the business aim to implement would add to the user experience of the product and help achieve their goals and their users’ goals.
We came up with various users personas and then crafted user journeys for each of our personas to conceptualise the proposed functionality.
We explored various ideas for layout, navigation and interaction by sketching and creating paper mockups.
We went through these ideas and weighed them against our requirements, design patterns, basic design principles and our constraints to decide on the best.
Here are some paper mockups to understand interactions on practitioner's dashboard, their profile and their team's profile.
We went through the brand guidelines and designed the visuals of few key screens using appropriate colours, typography, and icons in Sketch.
After presenting those screens to the clients, we got quick feedback on the visual style and then designed the rest of the screens.
Next, we created interactive prototypes in Invision which helped us to get valuable feedback by user testing. The prototypes also helped to get feedback and approval from clients and the senior leadership.
After incorporating feedback from the users, clients and seniors, templates in HTML and SASS were created to deliver to the development team.
Continuous communication and collaboration between the designers and developers helped us to discuss ideas and concerns which, consequently, removed many blockers while development.
We invited some practitioners and carried out user testing on our development environment. We got some good insights which helped us to further refine the overall experience of the application.
The following demonstrates the client journey that includes - getting to know isoshealth, choosing a package, team and time slot and then attending those sessions.
